 nt Motorsports Park in WV over Memorial Day weekend – May 27-28, 202
 3. This event is organized by Blue Mountain Region SCCA and is the fir
 st event of the Pennsylvania Hillclimb (PHA) Championship Series.   In
  addition to cars running in the regular PHA classes, cars running in 
 the Time Trial National classes are invited to participate in this eve
 nt. Note that Summit Point Motorsports Park does not allow Electric Ve
 hicles or EV Hybrids to compete on track.  We will be running the long
  course at Jefferson in the counter clockwise direction. The format fo
 r this event is a Time Attack, with appropriately spaced groups of 3 c
 ars on the track at once for 2 timed laps each. Passing is not allowed
 .  The event format is a little different that most SCCA Time Trials e
 vents -- it's similar to an SCCA Track Sprint, but we use the whole co
 urse, with a 3/4 lap warm up, 2 hot laps, and a 1/4 lap cool down befo
 re exiting to the pit. We make as many laps as time allows.   The trac
 k will be open around 6 PM on Fri night, and camping is allowed Fri an
 d Sat night. Most of us camp, but there are plenty of hotels nearby in
  either Charlestown or Winchester.  Registration is on Motorsportreg.c
