 ruise Parade through Ballston Spa 12:30pm  The Dream Cruise will pair 
 Hundreds of automotive enthusiasts from across the Capital Region for 
 a 9-mile police-escorted journey in which drivers pair up with Special
  Olympians in their classic or exotic vehicles for a cruise from Mohaw
 k Chevrolet through Ballston Spa and back.  Safety equipment is requir
 ed for all automobiles including seat belts to drive a Special Olympia
