DESCRIPTION:Flemington Speedway Historical Society's (FSHS) 12th annua
 l Car Show presented by Pioneer Pole Buildings is Saturday, October 19
 th from 9:00am to 3:00pm, at the Roger K. Everitt Fairgrounds (South C
 ounty Park), 1207 Route 179, just outside of Ringoes. The rain date is
  Sunday, October 20th with the same event details.\n\nAll types and ye
 ars of vehicles are welcome from cars, trucks, motorcycles, race cars,
  tractors, boats, and even monster trucks! Registration is $15.00 per 
 show vehicle on the day of the event. Trophies will be awarded to 1st 
 place winners in numerous classes, plus special Memorial and Flemingto
 n Speedway awards. There will also be over 20 Sponsor's Choice awards 
 presented to selected winners. Spectator admission is $5.00 per adult,
  while spectator parking is free. \n\nThe accompanying part swap meet
 , craft, and flea market vendors will be set up inside the pole barns.
  No pre-registration is required. The gates will open at 7:00am for ve
 ndors and show vehicles.\n\nThe awards parade and presentation ceremon
 y begins at 2:00p.m. Doctor D Entertainment of Clinton, NJ, will be an
 nouncing and playing your favorite car show tunes, as well as hosting 
 trivia with prizes throughout the car show event. A variety of festiva
 l food will be offered throughout the day.\n\nCorvettes are the featur
 ed car this year, and they will be on display in and around the Grange
  building. FSHS also welcomes back to the annual event the Antique Aut
 omobile Club of America, as well as the Central Jersey Volkswagen Soci
 ety. Members of their respective clubs will have their vehicles at the
  event for display. Several Corvette clubs are expected to partcipate 
 as well!\n\nFlemington Speedway Historical Society Inc. is a public ch
 arity 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, whose mission is to preserve, 
 protect, and document the history of the Flemington Fairgrounds and Sp
 eedway, which closed in 2000. Prior to its closing, the Flemington Spe
 edway was America's longest-running Saturday night short-track, and wa
 s known for being the fastest 5/8 mile dirt track in the United States
 .\n\nThe annual car show is produced by Flemington Speedway Historical
  Society in cooperation with the Hunterdon County 4-H and Agricultural
