DESCRIPTION:Frost Heaves Rally will run on Saturday, March 14th, out o
 f New Hampton, NH.  The 104 Diner will be the start and finish.  Thi
 s auto event will challenge teams of a driver and a navigator to follo
 w tulip instructions as they explore approximately 140 miles of centra
 l NH backroads.  Expert teams will be challenged to stay on course an
 d on time.  Novices are welcome and should have no problem following 
 the tulip instructions.  Frost Heaves 2014 was voted “Rally of the 
 Year” by competitor voting.\nThis event is not a race and all speeds
  are within posted speed limits.  This rally may not be suitable for 
 all cars, especially lowered cars.  Paved and unpaved roads are used;
  snow, mud, and frost heaves may further add to the challenge of the r
