 showcases nearly 150 artisans and food vendors, attracting shoppers fr
 om across the region for a festive, one-day experience. Proceeds benef
 it Luzerne County Community College, its students, and the broader com
 munity.In addition to a wide variety of crafts and food, the HiLites M
 otor Club will host a Trunk or Treat and Car Show from 11:00 a.m. to 2
