SUMMARY:Model Con 419 IPMS Model Contest
DESCRIPTION:On Saturday, May 24, 2025, Model Con 419 will take place i
 n the Quality Inn Perrysburg.  The hobby event will bring plastic mod
 elers from all over the Midwest to compete in a judged competition, an
 d shop with a wide array of vendors. The doors will open to the public
  at 9:00 am.\r\nThe judged model contest will be divided into 55 categ
 ories, with subjects ranging from Aircraft and Military Vehicles to Sp
 acecraft and Dinosaurs.  There are Juniors and Teens categories to al
 low younger modelers to compete.  Trophies will be awarded for First,
  Second, and Third Places, along with “Best Ofs” in each category;
  also, Special Awards will be given for particular subjects.  Over 30
  vendor tables will be loaded with a variety of model kits, books, too
 ls and supplies at prices well below those of brick-and-mortar stores.
   In addition, there will be an all-day raffle with even more kits an
 d modeling supplies up for grabs.  The show will close at about 5:00
