DESCRIPTION:The 62nd Snowflake Rally, reported to be the oldest contin
 uously run event in PCA, is scheduled for January 28, 2018.\nSnowflake
  will be a TSD (time speed distance) rally. What is that you ask? Simp
 ly, like any other automotive driving event, you are given turn by tur
 n instructions directing you from a starting point to a finish point. 
 Unlike Gimmick Rallies which ask you to answer questions as you drive,
  on the Snowflake Rally you are given speeds to travel. We know when y
 ou are supposed to pass at any point along the route. The more accurat
 e you are at maintaining the speeds the better you will do when we tim
 e you at unannounced places.\nYou may also follow the course as a Tour
  or Trek enjoying the drive without worrying about maintaining the spe
 eds.\nFees (per car): Pre-registration PCA members $40. Others $50.\nD
