DESCRIPTION:The Waterfront Car Cruise has grown in popularity since it
  was moved to the Waterfront in 2001. Each year you can see more and m
 ore different and unique cars. Located in the parking area between Ste
 ak ‘n Shake and First Commonwealth Bank along East Waterfront Drive 
 it’s one of the largest cruises in Pittsburgh. Located a few miles f
 rom Schenley Park it’s a perfect warm-up for the vintage races on th
 e upcoming weekend. A special thanks goes out to the new Waterfront ow
 ners; M&J Wilkow, for underwriting our cruise.The PVGP welcomes back G
 uardian Storage Solutions as the 2013 sponsor of our annual car cruise
 . Guardian is the premier source for self storage and Mobile Storage p
 roducts and services in Pittsburgh. We are looking forward to seeing n
 early 750 cars on display at our annual cruise at the Waterfront in Ho
 mestead. The car show takes place from 5:00 until 9:00 PM in the parki
 ng lot along Waterfront Drive.For those who are unfamiliar with a crui
 se – it is basically a large car show open to anyone who wants to sh
 ow off their ride -that includes old cars, new cars, trucks and motorb
 ikes. You don’t actually cruise around, but upon arrival you park im
 mediately and become part of the show. The PVGP Car Cruise is a fantas
 tic place for auto aficionados, hot rodders, gearheads, car crazy peop
 le as well as families to gather for a few hours and enjoy the cars, t
 he people and the stories.COSTWe ask cruisers to make a $5 donation fo
 r our charities; the Autism Society of Pittsburgh and Allegheny Valley
  School. A PVGP Race Program will be given for each donation.\n\nFor m
