DESCRIPTION:We decided that since 2020 has been such a train-wreck and
  has put many individuals and families through some very difficult tim
 es, we would make this event a charity event to benefit local families
  and individuals by joining up with the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank
 .  All of the profits from the event and all of the money collected f
 rom the “silliness” portion will be donated to the Central Pennsyl
 vania Food Bank.  If we manage to fill up registration to capacity, w
 e will raise at least $1000 for the charity, but I don’t feel that i
 s enough and I would like to see us raise closer to $3000.  The food 
 bank has decided to no longer accept canned goods donations for a few 
 reasons, some due to COVID-19 and some not, but they informed me that 
 for every $1 raised they can purchase $6 in food from their distributo
 rs.  So, if we manage to raise $3000, that equals $18,000 in food and
  that will feed a lot of deserving families for the upcoming holidays.
 \nSince it is a week before Halloween we will be holding a “costume�
 �� contest with a sweet prize for the best vehicle costume as well as 
 the best human costume.\nNow back to the rest of the event, the mornin
 g will be a normal points event and we will have 3 runs.  After that,
  we will proceed with the “silliness” portion of the day.  If tim
 e allows, we will be offering “fun runs” at the end of the day for
  $1 per run.  This will be your opportunity to swap vehicles or try o
