DESCRIPTION:Please join us for an SCCA Track Sprint event at Summit Po
 int Motorsports Park in WV over Labor Day weekend – Sep 2-3, 2023. T
 his event is organized by Steel Cities Region SCCA and is the seventh 
 event of the Pennsylvania Hillclimb (PHA) Championship Series.   In ad
 dition to cars running in the regular PHA classes, cars running in the
  Time Trial National classes are invited to participate in this event.
  Note that Summit Point Motorsports Park does not allow Electric Vehic
 les or EV Hybrids to compete on track.  The track will be open around 
 6 PM on Fri night, and camping is allowed Fri and Sat night. Most of u
 s camp, but there are plenty of hotels nearby in either Charlestown or
  Winchester.  Registration will be on Motorsportreg.com -- search for
