For those of you traveling many hours for this e vent, we are allowing people to come on site Thursday if you'd like. W e are allowing campers on site with no hookups. For those of you who h ave a camper and would like all the hookups, there is a local campgrou nd approximately 5 minutes away from the track. The Campground is call ed Spruce Creek Campground and the link is.... https://sprucecreekcam pground.com/-For those who do not have a camper and are looking for sl eeping accomodations, please contact the Rodeway Inn, formally Travelo dge. We ask that all racers and their pit crew enter t hrough Gate #1 (there will be a sign out by the road). Once you have p aid and signed the waiver you will be directed where to park. Please l isten to the people directing you where to park and follow their direc tion. We are trying to keep the pits organized and get the most room o ut of the area. We want to eliminate the chaos and people just parking where ever.3. We are working on the layout of the race schedule for t he weekend and will update everyone when that has been finalized.4. We will be selling food and drinks at concession stands on the spectator and racer sides of the track.5. We will be walking around all weekend with a 50/50 raffle, as well as some other items to raffle it.
