 lly what it states. Any consigned collector car (25 years or older) 
 that does not sell as part of the auction will see most of the registr
 ation fees refunded to the consignee. Certain exceptions apply as it r
 elates to refunds. Fees must be paid at the time of registration, eith
 er onsite or in advance, but no matter the time slot the vehicle runs,
  if it doesn't sell, it's free! This new revolutionary aspect should 
 yield more cars crossing the block as each owner can submit their clas
 sic without the worry of losing the registration fees if the vehicle i
 s not sold. The policy is a win-win and allows enthusiasts to buy and 
 sell with even more confidence. In addition to offering \"Free Unless
  Sold,\" Carlisle Events and Carlisle Auctions are also offering speci
 al \"feature vehicle\" slots. These slots are limited, but if selected
 , will be positioned indoors within the auction house. When applying t
 o consign, select \"feature vehicle\" within the registration paperwor
 k. At that point, the Carlisle Auctions' team will make a determinatio
 n on inclusion.If accepted, the fee is $600 ($400 for the consignment 
 and $200 for featured status). If the featured consignment doesn't sel
 l, only the $400 consignment fee is refunded (call for details).Finall
