Newport Car Museum and PVD Food Truck Events are co-hosting a Food Truck event with live music on Saturday, October 10 of Columbus Day Weekend. Over a dozen Food Trucks will set up for lunch as well as dinner, from 11:30 a.m. to 6:30, and offer a large selection of to-go cuisine, craft beer, wine and hot cider. The Museum welcomes you to bring a lawn chair and blanket to stay and enjoy the music and your meal on the expansive grounds of the Museum. Parking is $5 for this day only and includes $3 off Museum admission for all passengers. (Museum admission is not required to enjoy Food Trucks, and Museum discount is good through 11/20/20.) Museum will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Go to co-host PVD Food Truck Events for information on safety protocols that will be followed. The Newport Car Museum is located on 17 acres at the Raytheon Co. campus in Portsmouth, R.I. With 500 parking spaces, and over 70,000 square feet of exhibit space, there is ample room for social distancing both inside and out. (We hosted our first Food Truck event in September and it was a resounding success!)

Regular admission: $18/adults; $15/Seniors, Military, Students; $8/Ages 5-15 (with an adult); Free/Ages 4 and under (with an adult).
