Event Description

Saturday August 17 is going to be a very special night at the Hagerstown Speedway. It is “Back to School” night and “Christmas in August.

That’s right the kids get to take a ride around the half mile oval in a race car and they will see Santa Claus. Santa will be greeting everyone from 5:30 to 7:30 PM. Don’t forget your cameras.

It is the 18^th Annual Cornett Tribute 20 lap Pure Stock Special , plus the Late Model Sportsman and the Hobby Stocks. See these three very popular divisions compete in heat races and feature events.

Bring a new toy for “Toys For Tots” and receive a $2 off coupon for another event at the Capitol of Dirt Track Racing. Gates open at 5 PM with racing at 7 PM.
