Event Description
The Maryknoll Fathers and Brothers Car Cruise & Drive-In is the first event in a new series of free Maryknoll community outreach programs that blend entertainment with education exhibits and activities to offer visitors an opportunity to learn more about Maryknoll's work in serving the poor around the world. Maryknoll was founded during 1911.
The drive-in will feature classic cars and the big screen performance of American Graffiti. A parking lot will be converted into a drive-in theater that can accommodate 120 pre-1988 vehicles (first come, first serve). The showcase of cars begins at 4 p.m. and the owners will enjoy the movie from their cars at 7:15 p.m. The rain date is Saturday, October 1. For information, 914-941-7636, extension 2493.
