Event Description

Join the Marshall Steam Museum at Auburn Heights for the first Steamin' Day of the season! New for the 2015, each Steamin’ Day will feature a special spotlight. Join us on June 7 when we will celebrate everything about trains. Help us celebrate the completion of a retaining wall and track project on our 1/8-size Auburn Valley Railroad, watch a firing up demonstration of our very own steam locomotive, as well as other special train-themed activities. All of this will be in addition to all of the regular Steamin’ Day activities that let our visitors step into what life was like at the dawn of the automotive age through special demonstrations, rides in historic automobiles such as the 1915 steam-powered Stanley Mountain Wagon, the museum and more.
