Cadillac ELR A rare sight
This photo was taken on 2nd St., Harrisburg, PA. This is the Cadillac ELR, the plug in extended range EV. It was introduced at the 2013 NY International Auto Show. According to Wikipedia, 6 were produced in '13 and 1,310 were produced in '14. There will not be a '15 ELR as the $75,000 coupe did not capture the Tesla set. I am not sure about a '16 version.
