1908 Studebaker Electric "To and Fro" Carry All.
This very interesting Studebaker is featured at the Swigart Museum and has been brought back to life by the students at Penn College. This vehicle was built to run " to and Fro " in the underground tunnel between the US Capitol and the old senate building.
