1938 SS Jaguar 100. The first Swallow Sidecar Company six cylinder car was the SS 100 introduced in 1935 at the London Motor Show. Production started in 1936 and ran until 1940. The " 100 " referred to the top speed and the Jaguar name was first used. In '38 the displacement was increased from 2.5ltr to 3.5ltr. A total of 308 were built. This is a rare, numbers matching, car was imported into the US in 1958 and was found in a junkyard in CA. before the current owner bought and restored the car in 2005.
