Guided tour (approx 70mi) through 3 counties with visitations at several 18th and 19th century sites. Any type of car can participate. Event is appropriate for all ages. Reg. fee includes 2 adult lunch tickets for Hess BBQ. Trophies will be awarded to the driver and navigator in their class for the most correctly answered questions and recorded mileage.

Join us on Sat Aug 7th for an all new road rally and historical adventure at “Historic Poole Forge”, Caenarvon Township, PA. Explore the lesser traveled roads on a guided tour through Lancaster, Berks and Chester Counties as we sample and experience several other 18th and 19th century historical sites along the way.

The rally route will return to “Historic Poole Forge” for our favorite 4th year state champ, Hess’s BBQ luncheon. We will finish our event in the afternoon with trophy awards to the best competitors in their class for the most correctly answered questions and accurately recorded mileage.

Everyone and anyone can participate in this fun activity. You don’t need a fancy car, just a sense of adventure (and direction). The $70 registration fee includes all your rally materials and two adult meal tickets (driver and navigator). Additional lunches must be purchased in advance of the event. All of the proceeds from the road rally go towards the restoration of the Poole Forge Ironmaster’s Mansion.
