Event Description
2017 is Lime Rock Park’s 60th anniversary. In conjunction with the Lime Rock Historic Festival 35, The Simeone Museum is celebrating and recognizing the legacy and the Legends of Lime Rock. Join The Simeone Foundation Automotive Museum on Saturday, August 26, 2017, for a special Labor Day weekend event. Geared to the driver, whether they be professional, amateur or armchair “Legends of Lime Rock” will honor this landmark anniversary.
A NIGHT TO REMEMBER
Your evening will begin with a thrilling private outdoor driving demonstration of historic autos that were amongst the first to grace Lime Rock in 1957. Immediately following the demonstration, the event will adjourn inside the Simeone Museum during which guests will have the opportunity to enjoy cocktails and a delicious buffet before taking part in a roundtable discussion. Dr. Fred Simeone will moderate an all-star panel including Lime Rock great Skip Barber.
